Shalom Dear Brothers and Sisters Lord Lord I want to continue this subject again with you today. In Matthew 7:21-23 Yeshua says, "not everyone who says to Me, Lord Lord, shall enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord Lord did we not prophesy in Your name, did we not cast out demons in Your name, and done many great things in Your name? And I will say to them depart from Me, I never knew you. You who practice lawlessness". We need to recognize we serve a very Holy and Just God! He would rather us do nothing except live in peace. Obey His Commandments, His Torah as well as the laws of the land. That is my opinion. He is the one who puts people in leadership, He uses them for His good purposes. When He dispersed His people among the nations because of disobedience it was only to bring us back to repentance. Daniel understood this well as well as the three Hebrew children. Even though they were under the heavy burden of an evil empire they chose to honor God in their displacement. The only time they broke the law of the land was when it went against God's laws. They refuse to bow down to the golden statue and God delivered them. Even at the very beginning Daniel asked permission to have a proper diet. He did not demand his way instead he found favor with the chief eunuch (Daniel 1:8). Daniel did not want to defile himself before God, he approached the situation with wisdom and grace. He understood the fear of the eunuch because Daniel was sensitive to the eunuchs fears he handled it in such a manner that the eunuch agreed to Daniel's request. Thereby he was not breaking God's laws or the laws of the land where he had been placed. This was the beginning of him finding great favor with both God and man! In this day and age we need to return to the truth and the Torah of God. By the power of the Holy Spirit with the blood fully applied to our lives The Holy One of Israel will do for us the same thing. We need to act with wisdom and love towards everyone. Yeshua said if we love Him we will keep His commandments. Whether we are privileged enough to live in the land God has promised us are whether we still live in other countries we obey the laws of the land as long as they do not break the laws of God.
